Text Description – Allianz Campus Site Map, Unterföhring

The site map shows the Allianz Campus in Unterföhring in a schematic top-down view. The map is oriented with north at the top, which is indicated by a north arrow. The campus consists of multiple building complexes, internal roads, public streets, and clearly marked access, traffic, and service areas.

A central access road, Buschstraße, runs through the campus in a north–south direction and divides the site into a western and an eastern area. Along this road, public bus stops, designated pedestrian crossings, and campus entry and exit points are shown.

Western Campus Area

The western part of the campus contains Buildings 1, 2, and 6.

  • Building 2 is located in the northern section of the western campus and consists of several linear building structures arranged parallel to one another. Internal access paths run between and alongside these buildings.
  • Building 1 is situated south of Building 2 and consists of multiple block-like structures arranged around inner courtyards. The individual building units are labeled alphabetically.
  • Building 6 forms the southern boundary of the western campus area and is located near an adjacent public road.

This area includes marked parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle parking facilities, and barrier-free access points. Technical service areas, delivery zones, and internal connecting routes are also shown.

Eastern Campus Area

To the east of Buschstraße are Buildings 4 and 5.

  • Building 4 is located in the northeastern part of the campus and is depicted as a distinctive, diagonally arranged building complex. It is labeled as a motor and service center. Entrances, service areas, loading zones, and designated parking spaces are marked around the building.
  • Building 5 lies south of Building 4 and consists of several individual building structures connected by internal pathways. Entrances, parking areas, and functional zones are also indicated.

Traffic and Infrastructure Information

The campus is bordered by public roads, including Heinrich-Hildebrand-Weg along the southern edge of the site. Public transport connections, parking facilities, electric mobility services, pedestrian routes, barrier-free access points, and technical or service areas are represented using standardized symbols.

Purpose of the Map

The site map provides spatial orientation on the Allianz Campus in Unterföhring. It illustrates the location of individual buildings, their spatial relationship to one another, and their accessibility via internal paths, public roads, and public transportation.

Move the mouse pointer over the hotspots on the map and click to go directly to the corresponding page with further information.

Waste Disposal and Data Protection Containers

Waste Disposal

Blue circle with white text "Service Point".

At Allianz Campus Unterföhring, waste is usually disposed of daily.

When disposing of waste, employees must sort it appropriately.

Central waste disposal containers are available for paper disposal (e.g., in equipment rooms). In the buildings, you will find waste disposal racks to dispose of glass, plastics, etc. In the offices, there are garbage cans for general waste.

Please note that the garbage cans are not a storage space. Whatever is lying on the garbage cans will also be disposed of!

Emptying takes place daily between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Locked offices are not opened, so the garbage cans there are not emptied.

Please report larger waste disposal quantities via the Serviceline
You can find further information on waste management in the Connect

Data Protection Containers

Data-protected documents can be disposed of in small quantities in the service rooms (data protection containers). For larger quantities of documents, please request a suitable container using the ServiceLine form Connect

Safety in an Emergency

Two people walk side by side along a light-colored exterior wall of a building. Both are wearing long-sleeved shirts and are moving in the same direction. On the wall, there is a green emergency exit sign showing a running figure and a right-pointing arrow, indicating the escape route. The scene combines an everyday situation with a clearly visible safety sign in a modern setting.

Security and Emergency Number

Emergency Number

Green square icon featuring a white telephone handset with a white cross beside it, indicating a medical or emergency phone service.
Emergency Phone Symbol

On the Allianz Germany Unterföhring campus, the emergency number 3333 is used for all emergencies (medical emergencies, fire, threats).

Other emergency telephones are marked with this symbol. These telephones are also operable in case of power failure. Please use only the internal landline phones and the emergency number. Emergency calls made directly to the emergency control center (112) and via cell phones cannot be classified and coordinated by our security center. As a result, the rescue services lose valuable time.

A spacious, modern atrium with a tall glass façade and abundant natural light. At the center, a wide staircase with wooden steps and a glass railing leads upward to additional levels. The staircase is surrounded by open galleries and additional staircases with transparent balustrades. The combination of glass, steel, and warm flooring creates a bright, clean, and welcoming architectural environment. Columns, seating areas, and a few plants are also visible, adding structure to the open space.
Building 2

Security Center

The security center is staffed around the clock. It is responsible for all security-related activities (e.g., locking service). Please report thefts there as well.

Evacuation

If there is a siren sound (continuous tone) or a voice announcement, leave the building immediately using the marked routes (escape route symbol) until you reach the designated gathering points (gathering point symbol).

A high-contrast green emergency exit symbol. On the left, a stylized figure is shown running through a door to the outside. To the right, a large white arrow points to the right, indicating the direction of escape. The clear, minimal design is intended for quick orientation in an emergency.
Escape Route Symbol
A high-contrast green safety symbol shows two stylized people in the center. White arrows from all four sides point toward the figures, indicating an assembly or meeting point. The clear, minimal design supports quick orientation in an emergency.
Gathering Point Symbol

For your safety, it is important that you leave the building immediately following each alarm and do not enter again until it has been cleared (fire department/property security). An overview of the gathering points can be found in the Connect.

Managers will give instructions about evacuation. Use the information boards in the building and follow the instructions of security personnel.
