Mom & pop vending machine
The sales area is managed by Internal Services (Ms. Eberhardt). Promotions will be announced in due time on posters and via the IND.
The Allianz shop is located in the gallery in Building 1.

Cell Phone Charging Station
A charging station for recharging cell phones from all manufacturers is available for employees on campus between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It is located at the Service Point, Building 1 D01008. To ensure that you get your own cell phone back afterwards, it is locked in during the charging process.
Office Cleaning
Office cleaning is performed according to a set schedule.
Please note that locked rooms cannot be opened and, therefore, cannot be cleaned.

E-Bike Charging Stations
The following charging stations are available on campus to charge e-bike batteries:
East reception (covered bicycle stands)
West reception (bicycle cellar)
Building 5 (in front of the main entrance)
Charging cables with the most common connectors are available at these charging stations. You can use them to recharge your e-bikes quickly and free of charge.

Social Counseling
Individual counseling for all employees and managers on social issues.
Examples:
- Support with health issues; contacting doctors and authorities
- Information and counseling for addiction
- Counseling for managers having difficult conversations with employees
(e.g., mental illness) - Counseling and mediation in parenting and childcare issues
- Assistance in crises (burnout, divorce/separation, etc.)
Social counseling employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

School Vacation Childcare
In cooperation with ElternService AWO GmbH and the local facilities of the AWO, Allianz offers its employees qualified care for children from six to twelve years of age nationwide during the summer and autumn school vacations for the respective German states. Vacation childcare is financially supported by the employer for all eligible employees who take advantage of this service, so employees only have to pay a small share of the costs. Connect.

Amazon Locker
Amazon Orders: You don’t want to rely on delivery times from delivery services or the business hours of the package acceptance office any more? No problem! From now on you can have your Amazon orders conveniently sent to the campus. The new package station, called the Amazon Locker, is located directly in front of Building 5 on Dieselstrasse.
Please note that the Amazon Locker can only be used for Amazon deliveries. The packages should not exceed the maximum dimensions of 42 cm x 35 cm x 32 cm and a weight of 4.5 kilograms. In addition, packages must be picked up at the Amazon package station within three working days.

First Aid – First Responders
In case of emergency, please always dial the internal emergency number 3333!
There are first aiders in all companies on the Allianz Campus Unterföhring. These can be found on the intranet in the “Lists of First Aiders”. If you would like to be trained as a first aider, please contact your manager.

Occupational Medical Service
The company medical service supports you on all issues in occupational medicine, such as
- Occupational medical advice for all employees and the employer
- Occupational medical precautions (e.g. VDU work, work abroad, etc.)
- Individual workplace inspections

- Individual advice on ergonomic issues, recommendation on the procurement of technical Procurement of technical work aids
- Advice on individual health problems
- Mediation of external advice

- First aid for emergencies in the context of attendance
